The 2018 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Slalom European Championships in Bratislava concluded with women's kayak and men's canoe events. Spanish paddler Miquel Trave wrote histroy by winning his second individual Junior European Champion title in two days. Yesterday he was unbeatable in kayak and today in canoe. Klaudia Zwolinska, Cedric Joly and Nikita Setchell also won European Champion titles during the last day of competition.

French youngster celebrated the European Champion title in men's junior K1 event and a bronze medal in men's C1 event. The first day of individual finals at the 2018 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Slalom European Championships in Bratislava brought new European Champions. Miquel Trave won his second Junior title of the year. He was Junior World Champion in C1 this year and now he added the Junior European Champion title in K1 final. Daria Shaidurova is the new Junior C1W European Champion, David Llorente K1M U23 Champion and Monika Skachova women's C1 U23 Champion.

On Saturday Tom Dolle (K1M Junior), Zofia Tula (K1W) and Joaquim Fontane I Maso (K1M) won the semi-final stage of the respective events. All three were in the leading positions already in the preliminaries.
