RACE MANAGEMENT
- Management of Regatta program (events)
- Build of start lists and their publication (printing, internet, TV). More races on one page if possible
- Management of Teamleaders Meeting including online changes on the screen
- The use of SDP personal data for athlete's presentation
- Timekeeping and production of results including split times
- The use of Maritime as a backup timekeeping system
- Publication of results including printing, communication with outside screen, local TV channel, TV signal producer and internet
- Progression system resulting in production of subsequent start lists and their publication (same as results)
- Production of final results including statistics. Single race PDFs, compressed results (text only) PDFs and xls formats for results archive
- Supply of TV graphics
- Graphics and data management for big screen (start lists, race progression,
results, medal ceremony data
PRICES AND CONDITIONS
Applications must contend all prices included (VAT included), so as extra costs per segments (if any) for 2 races/year, (Seniors + Juniors & U23 Championships)

The contract will be valid in duration of four (4) years.
