50 years of successful canoeing club in Bačka Palanka

One of the most successful European canoeing clubs is club from Bačka Palanka, Serbia, which was and still is a home of Olympic, World and European Champions. The most successful sporting club in Bačka Palanka celebrated 50th anniversary a few days ago.


On this occasion they remembered great success of Janić family, which started with Milan Janić who won the first Olympic medal and continued with his children Nataša, Stjepan and Mićo. During the celebration they also remembered one of the first great names of the club Miloš Kralj, Olympic medallists, World and European Championships medallists Dragan Zorić, Miljana Knežević, Milenko Zorić, Marko Dragosavljević, Simo Boltić and many more.
